jlmm ph ("we", "us", "our") is the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlmmph.vip (the "Platform"). We are a PAGCOR-authorized entity and we take our obligations under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (the "DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), seriously.

4.1 Directly From You

• Registration: When you create a jlmm ph account, you provide identity and contact data including your name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• KYC Verification: When completing Know Your Customer checks, you submit government-issued ID documents and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits and Withdrawals: When transacting through GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfers, or other supported payment channels, financial data associated with your payment method is processed.
• Customer Support: When you contact jlmm ph via live chat or email, communications data is collected and retained.

4.2 Automatically Through Platform Use

4.3 From Third Parties

• Account Registration and Management — Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and jlmm ph. We need your identity and contact data to create and maintain your Account.
• Age Verification and KYC Compliance — Processing is required by law (PAGCOR licensing conditions, Anti-Money Laundering Act, and DPA). We must verify that all Players are aged 21 or above and that accounts are not used for financial crime.
• Payment Processing — Processing is necessary for contract performance. Financial data is required to execute deposits and withdrawals to and from verified Philippine payment accounts.
• Responsible Gaming Management — Processing is required by PAGCOR regulation and is in your vital interests. Gaming data is used to monitor for problem gambling indicators and to apply responsible gaming tools you have requested.
• Customer Support — Processing is necessary for contract performance and our legitimate interests in resolving disputes and improving service quality.
• Fraud Prevention and Security — Processing is based on our legitimate interests and legal obligations under Philippine law to prevent fraud, money laundering, and abuse of the Platform.
• Marketing Communications — Processing is based on your consent. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your Account Settings or by contacting [email protected].
• Platform Analytics and Improvement — Processing is based on our legitimate interests in understanding how the Platform is used and improving the Filipino player experience.

jlmm ph does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share personal data only with the categories of third parties described below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

6.1 Payment Service Providers

Transaction data is shared with Philippine-regulated payment processors including GCash (G-Xchange, Inc.), Maya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), participating banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other supported channels solely for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and Philippine regulatory obligations.

6.2 Identity Verification Providers

Where jlmm ph uses a third-party KYC service to verify submitted government ID documents, identity data is transmitted to that provider under contractual data processing agreements that require equivalent data protection standards.

6.3 Regulatory Authorities

jlmm ph is required by PAGCOR's licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and applicable Philippine law to report certain transactions and to provide player records upon lawful request from a competent authority. jlmm ph complies with all such legally mandated disclosures.

6.4 Technology and Infrastructure Providers

jlmm ph engages third-party providers for cloud hosting, game platform services, analytics, and customer support software. These providers act as personal information processors under contracts that require them to process data only on jlmm ph's instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.

6.5 Game Software Providers

Third-party game studios (such as PG Soft and Pragmatic Play) whose games are hosted on the jlmm ph Platform may receive limited gaming session data for game integrity, RNG certification, and progressive jackpot management purposes. No identity data is shared with game studios without your explicit consent.

jlmm ph retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods imposed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation:

• KYC Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of Account closure, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (as amended) and PAGCOR requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Gaming History: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of each gaming session, and for the duration of any unresolved dispute.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction unless related to an ongoing dispute or regulatory investigation.
• Marketing Preference Records: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your Account, plus six (6) months to process the request.
• Technical Logs: Retained for twelve (12) months for platform security and fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with the DPA's disposal requirements. Anonymised, aggregated data (from which no individual can be identified) may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis.

jlmm ph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and jlmmph.vip is protected by 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. The connection is verified by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
• Encryption at Rest: Personal data stored on jlmm ph servers, including KYC documents and financial records, is encrypted using AES-256 standards.
• Access Controls: Personal data access is restricted to authorized jlmm ph personnel and service providers on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls and regular access reviews.

While jlmm ph takes all reasonable measures to secure your data, no internet-based system is entirely immune from security risks. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own Account credentials, as outlined in the jlmm ph Terms & Conditions.

jlmm ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively "Cookies") on jlmmph.vip. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device and remember information about your visit.

9.1 Types of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These enable session management, login authentication, and security features. They cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the Platform.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, default game view, and responsible gaming limits. Disabling these does not prevent Platform use but may reduce convenience.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised data about how Filipino players use jlmm ph — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where technical errors occur. This data helps us improve the Platform. These cookies may be declined.
• Security Cookies: Used to detect fraudulent logins, suspicious IP patterns, and abnormal account activity. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.

9.2 Cookie Control

Under Republic Act No. 10173 and its IRR, you have the following rights as a data subject in relation to your personal data held by jlmm ph:

10.1 How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the above rights, contact the jlmm ph Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Request". Please include your full name, registered email address, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with NPC guidelines — generally within fifteen (15) working days of receipt.

We may request verification of your identity before processing any data subject request to prevent unauthorized access to, or erasure of, another person's data.

10.2 Right to Lodge a Complaint with the NPC

If you believe jlmm ph has not handled your personal data in accordance with the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. The NPC is the Philippine government body responsible for enforcing data privacy rights and may be contacted through its official government channels.

The jlmm ph Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21, in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory minimum age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines. jlmm ph does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age.

If jlmm ph discovers or is informed that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately close the associated Account, permanently delete all personal data associated with that Account, and take such further steps as may be required by PAGCOR regulation.

Some of the third-party service providers engaged by jlmm ph — particularly game software providers and cloud infrastructure providers — may process personal data in servers located outside the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, jlmm ph ensures that:

• The recipient country or organization provides a level of data protection substantially equivalent to that afforded by the Philippine DPA;
• Appropriate contractual safeguards (including Data Processing Agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses) are in place between jlmm ph and the recipient;
• The transfer is disclosed to the NPC where required by applicable NPC issuances.

KYC identity documents and Philippine payment account data are, to the extent commercially practicable, processed and stored within the Philippines or in jurisdictions with recognized equivalent data protection frameworks.

The jlmm ph Platform does not contain links to third-party websites for commercial or advertising purposes. All navigation links on jlmmph.vip direct exclusively to internal Platform pages.

jlmm ph is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services you independently access (such as GCash, Maya, or your bank's internet banking portal) in connection with deposits or withdrawals. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of those services separately.

jlmm ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in Philippine data privacy law, NPC issuances, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or changes in the way jlmm ph operates.

When a material change is made to this Policy, the revised version will be published at jlmmph.vip/privacy-policy with an updated effective date. For significant changes that affect your rights, jlmm ph will provide additional notice via the email address registered to your Account.

Continued use of the jlmm ph Platform after publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
