In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, completing the jlmm ph registration process, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlmm ph.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

jlmm ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To open an Account and use the jlmm ph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing gaming operations in the Philippines. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
2. You must be a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where access to and participation in online gaming as offered by jlmm ph is lawful.
3. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or affiliate of jlmm ph, nor a close family member of any such person, where this would create a conflict of interest.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction issued by jlmm ph, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the jlmm ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number registered in the Philippines. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any change occurs.

4.2 KYC Verification

jlmm ph conducts KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit the following documents when requested:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS ID); and
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya account) where required for withdrawal processing.

jlmm ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.

4.3 Account Verification for Withdrawals

No withdrawal of Funds will be processed to an unverified Account. This policy exists to protect Players against fraud and to ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmm ph Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances;
• Not permit any other person to access or use your Account;
• Notify jlmm ph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account;
• Use a strong, unique password for your jlmm ph Account not shared with other online services;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication to enhance your Account security.

jlmm ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section, including unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own negligence. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — remains your sole responsibility until you notify jlmm ph of a security breach.

jlmm ph will never contact you to request your password, 2FA code, or any other Account credential via email, SMS, or phone. Any such communication purportedly from jlmm ph requesting credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected].

jlmm ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned (less processing costs) upon identification;
• jlmm ph does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond jlmm ph's control;
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real-time or within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method;
• jlmm ph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.2 Currency

All transactions on jlmm ph are denominated in Philippine Peso. jlmm ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any deposit made in a foreign currency through a Philippine payment gateway will be converted at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider, which jlmm ph does not control.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money Funds (excluding any uncleared Bonus balance subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section.

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account tier and payment method;
• Any active Bonus balance is subject to the applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

7.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing at jlmm ph takes up to twenty-four (24) hours on Philippine business days for verified accounts. VIP Gold and Diamond tier accounts benefit from priority processing. jlmm ph will use reasonable commercial efforts to process withdrawals within the stated timeframes but does not guarantee processing times due to factors outside its control, including banking and e-wallet platform delays.

7.3 Withdrawal Refusal

jlmm ph reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or unsatisfactory; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending; or (d) required by applicable law or PAGCOR direction.

jlmm ph offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms;
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before Bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion;
• Each promotion has a specified validity period. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not fulfilled within this period will be forfeited without compensation;
• jlmm ph reserves the right to withdraw, change, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law;
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion;
• Bonuses are not transferable and hold no cash value independent of wagering requirement completion.

All games available on the jlmm ph Platform are governed by the respective rules of each game, which are accessible within each game's interface or information panel. By placing a wager, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

9.1 Game Fairness

All electronic (RNG-based) games on jlmm ph are supplied by licensed third-party providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited and certified. Live casino games are conducted using physical game equipment in professionally managed studios, with outcomes determined in real time and visible to all Players.

9.2 Bet Confirmation

A wager is confirmed when accepted by the jlmm ph system, as recorded by the Platform's servers. The Platform's transaction logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes and wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between the Player's records and the Platform's server records, the Platform's server records shall prevail.

9.3 Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error affecting game outcomes or payment of winnings, jlmm ph reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the original stake to the Player's Account. jlmm ph shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a genuine technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

9.4 Jackpots

Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time and are subject to change at any moment. A jackpot win displayed on screen is subject to verification by jlmm ph's system. In the event of a display error, the verified system log value shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlmm ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Funds, and, where applicable, referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or in the name of, another person;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place wagers or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploits, software vulnerabilities, or any other means;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or cancelling any deposit after it has been used for wagering;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jlmm ph staff or other Players.

jlmm ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming in full compliance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming standards. We recognize that gambling can become harmful and we maintain robust tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity.

11.1 Age Verification

jlmm ph strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years through verified KYC checks on all Accounts. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated Funds forfeited to a responsible gaming fund as required by applicable regulation.

11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all verified Players at jlmm ph, accessible without delay from the Account Settings → Responsible Gaming section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, per week, or per month.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum play duration per session, with configurable reminder alerts.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at intervals you select, showing your session time and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jlmm ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game content, trademarks, and all other materials made available on the Platform ("Platform IP") — are owned by or licensed to jlmm ph.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of any Platform IP without jlmm ph's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform;
• Using any Platform IP for any commercial purpose, including advertising, without express written authorisation from jlmm ph.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by jlmm ph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmm ph's liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited as follows:

• jlmm ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• jlmm ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• jlmm ph is not liable for losses arising from: force majeure events; third-party service failures (including GCash, Maya, or bank payment processing delays); network outages beyond jlmm ph's reasonable control; or the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlmm ph's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by jlmm ph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

14.1 Termination by You

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting jlmm ph support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, jlmm ph will process a withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment account and close your Account.

14.2 Termination by jlmm ph

jlmm ph may immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery of ineligibility (including age misrepresentation);
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Direction by PAGCOR or a competent legal authority;
• Cessation of the Platform's operations in whole or in part.

Where termination is initiated by jlmm ph for reasons other than the Player's breach, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment account following satisfactory resolution of any pending verification or investigation.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and jlmm ph, you agree to first contact jlmm ph's customer support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. jlmm ph will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints within a reasonable period.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jlmm ph is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures and decisions.

Any unresolved dispute that is not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
